O que se fez no Domingo: preparam-se muitos legumes para acompanhar o almoço e sobrarem para as marmitas: batata doce e nabo assados, espargos salteados, brócolos cozidos e cherovia salteada. Fez-se sopa. Temperou-se um medalhão de pescada com sumo de laranja e sementes de funcho.
What was done Sunday: prepared lots of vegetables for lunch and to have leftovers for the lunchboxes: roasted sweet potato and turnips, sautéed asparagus, boiled brocolli and sautéed parsnip. Made soup. Seasoned a medallion of hake with orange juice and fennel seeds.

Almoço: Sopa juliana. Skrei no forno com crosta, esmagada de batata e brócolos, salteado de batata doce, nabo e espargos.
Lunch: Vegetable soup. Skrei in the oven with crust, smashed potatoes and broccoli, sautéed sweet potato, turnip and asparagus.

Almoço: Sopa juliana. Bulgur com medalhão de pescada (o tal temperado com sumo de laranja e funcho e cozido em lume médio/baixo), brócolos, espargos e batata doce.Lunch: Vegetable soup. Bulgur with a medallion of hake (the one seasoned with orange juice and fennel seeds and boiled in medium/low heat).
Quarta-feira/Wednesday
Almoço: Sopa juliana. 2 queques de peixe e salada de rúcula, alcachofra, milho e cherovia.
Os queques de peixe serviram para aproveitar sobras de uma refeição de peixe assado a que se juntaram legumes. Feitos a olho, não memorizei os ingredientes utilizados, nem as quantidades. Foram ao forno e congelados depois de frios.

Almoço: Creme de abóbora (do congelador). Salada de bulgur, agrião, tomate assado e queijo feta.Lunch: Butternut pumpkin cream soup (from the freezer). Bulgu with watercress, roasted tomato and feta.
Sexta-feira/Friday
Almoço: Creme de lentilhas. Estufado de grão-de-bico, cogumelos e espinafres (do congelador).Lunch: Lentils cream soup. Mushrooms, chickpeas and spinach stewed.
